As the representative of the above named
group I agree to responsibly administer the regulations and guidelines of Bear
River Camp. I agree that this administration shall be subject to all state and
local laws. This agreement shall in no way make me liable for the actions of
individuals of which I have no control, but this agreement is to assure Bear
River Camp that there is a responsible person acting as representative of the
group. All concerns that Bear River Camp has regarding this group will first be
addressed to you. Furthermore as representative of the group I agree:
That Bear River Camp
does not provide medical personnel for groups.
To deliver to the
camp host liability release forms signed by all using this facility
To inform all
participants of the regulations and guidelines of Bear River Camp
To assign adults to
supervise minors at all times
That non-related
adults of opposite gender shall not share sleeping quarters
To assign an adult to supervise
the kitchen for safety and cleanliness
To assign people for
final trash cleanup around camp, clean kitchen and mess hall
To walk through
cabins for final inspection with camp host
That all damages to
camp property shall be reimbursed either by individual or group
To govern our campers
to have a safe and orderly camp experience
