New rates for 2010
We
are now taking reservations for group camps. Our fee has increased to $250- per
night for groups up to 50 people and an additional $5- per person beyond 50. We
hope this rate structure will keep the camp affordable for smaller groups and
allow larger groups to contribute more.
Weekdays are available at a discounted $200- per night when using 4 or more nights.
When registering and choosing your dates notice that the date is for 24 hours starting at 3 PM. This is flexible only if another group is not coming in before or after you. If you desire a full weekend starting on Friday evening until Sunday afternoon; register for Friday and Saturday nights.
To register your group send in the Group Application form with deposit requesting dates. Your dates can be temporarily reserved by telephone or email and confirmed in full when all forms and deposits are received. Balance of fees can be paid upon arrival at camp.
Our fee for group usage is usually just
about equal to our operating expenses; insurance, utilities and maintenance but
does not allow for staff salaries or new buildings. So we are also soliciting
your financial contributions. Your contributions are tax deductible because we
are a registered not for profit 501-C3 corporation.
